They sit next to you in class, snapshot your “exam” ensemble, dish tips on how to look the part while living in college euphoria and today, share their Thanksgiving outfits so we can…reproduce them. Sorry for the short hiatus muses, we’ve been spending the past few days enjoying some R&R and being thankful, like always, for friends and fashion.
Here’s a little breakdown of some of our Thanksgiving looks and how you can transform them into everyday, wearable outfits outside of your home.
Look I: We wanted to accent our love of fur, but to keep it dressed down, paired it with simple black pieces. To transition this look to the hallway on campus, we suggest wearing a sweater underneath the vest and black, over the knee boots. A wrapped headband would finish of the look if you’re feeling a little zesty!
Look II: Here, we opted for something a little more dressy. The combination of heather gray and brown is one of our favorites which is why we paired a fall skirt with a tied v-necked sweater. The cream wedges gave the look an air of sophistication. For a casual take on this outfit, we plan to add heathered cream knit tights and brown boots. Definitely keep the sweater tied and and add a long sleeve shirt underneath to stay warm this winter!
